Casper Agentic Buildathon 2026 · Final Round

Agents you can
vouch for

Three agentic dApps that make AI agents accountable on the Casper Network. They read chain state before they sign — and every decision ends in a real, verifiable transaction.

The suite

Governance · Data · Identity

The three trust surfaces an agent economy needs — each one a live product with a deployed Odra contract and a real Claude agent inside.

Conclave Governance

A council of Claude agents — Risk, Treasury, Legal, and an Opus Arbiter — debates every DAO proposal before it executes. Human veto window; quorum enforced by the contract itself. Type mint_to into the What-If console and watch all three flip to REJECT.

9 confirmed txs — full lifecycle incl. funded, quorum-enforced execute

Verity RWA Oracle

An oracle whose reputation is collateral. Every posted value is scored on-chain (EWMA), a miss makes the score bleed — 83 → 58, for real — and x402 pay-per-query pricing scales with accuracy. A Claude analyst audits the oracle's own timeline in the UI.

post_value → settle on-chain — incl. the engineered miss

Bastion Compliance

KYC with zero PII on-chain: Merkle commitments + nullifiers, membership proofs, and autonomous revocation the instant a sanctions event fires. A Claude compliance officer files the memo — and attests its own inputs contained no PII.

insert_commitment → revoke on-chain — admit and eject, for real

Every claim on this page resolves to a confirmed transaction on Casper Testnet. Here are the load-bearing ones — each opens in the public explorer.

Honest answers

Questions a skeptic should ask

Is the AI real, or scripted for the demo?
Real. With an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY set (as in production), Conclave's council, Verity's analyst, and Bastion's officer make genuine Claude calls with schema-constrained outputs. Without a key, each app falls back to a clearly-labelled deterministic engine — the pipeline never fakes an LLM response. And in every case the numbers and decisions stay deterministic; the AI reasons and flags, it cannot cook the books.
Are the transactions real?
Yes — 19 confirmed transactions on Casper Testnet (chain casper-test), all listed in each repo's README and in deployments/testnet.json. Click any hash above: they open on the public explorer. The demo UIs default to a disclosed Demo Mode; flipping *_DEMO=false broadcasts for real.
Is Bastion's ZK proof a real Groth16?
Not yet — and we say so everywhere. The proof is Groth16-shaped (snarkjs-API compatible) over a SHA-256 commitment; the Merkle tree, nullifiers, and root rotation are real cryptographic recomputation. Field-native Poseidon + real snarkjs Groth16 is the documented roadmap. We'd rather be precise than impressive.
Can I try it without a wallet or an API key?
Yes. All three apps ship in Demo Mode by default — no login, no wallet, no key. Open the Conclave What-If console and type any treasury proposal you like; the council reasons over your input, not a script.
What is x402?
Casper's machine-to-machine payment flow: an API answers 402 Payment Required, the agent signs an EIP-712 payment authorization, the CSPR.cloud facilitator settles it on-chain, and the data flows. Verity prices its oracle queries with it — and the price scales with the oracle's reputation.
Who built this?
One person, in one buildathon. All three products are MIT-licensed, CI-green (6-stage pipelines, CodeQL, 388 unit tests), released as v2.2, and open for anyone to fork.

Come try to break it

Open the What-If console, type the most cursed treasury proposal you can imagine, and watch three Claude agents and an on-chain quorum tell you no. Weirdest proposal wins bragging rights.
